Mole de Puebla and Ground Beef Recipe

This Mole de Puebla chili recipe is one of our favorites! This is one of those recipes that you reminisce about eating and how delicious it was.

We promise it won’t disappoint. And- it’s super simple to make!

Mole de Puebla Ground Beef


  • 1 Ground beef package(with 4 servings)

  • 1-2 Mole de Puebla package(s)


  1. Cook your ground beef with salt and pepper.

  2. Once your ground beef is all the way cooked through, you can tear open your Mole de Puebla pouch package (or two, depending on how flavorful you want it to be) and pour it all into your ground beef mixture.

This can go with tacos, or just as another side to chips and salsa, or anything else your heart desires! Because let’s be honest, chips and salsa is a meal. And this Mole de Puebla ground beef can be a great and delicious way to get some protein into that meal!
