Welcome back to the table!
It is already past the first week of the New Year. How did that happen? We are super excited for the year ahead of us. Stay tuned for some exciting announcements on our social media as well as some media outlets! We have been working really hard to make sure everyone can elevate their plate, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal any night of the week without any hard effort. Not everyone has the time to spend an hour making dinner every night, right? Sometimes we do, and those nights are great, but we can’t always get them. And even if you do always have the time, sometimes we don’t always feel like taking that long to make dinner because there are other more important or less important things you would like to do. We get it! That’s why we have Le Sauce. Really, we use Le Sauce at least a few times a week because we are so tired from a day's work that we just want to heat and pour a gourmet meal on any given Tuesday night or date night.
It makes our lives a whole lot easier and more delicious if we don’t have to spend so much time in the kitchen, and then we get to spend so much more time with our family and friends. And that is what we are really going for anyways. To be able to enjoy a great meal with our family and friends is what mealtime is all about. Elevate your plate, made easy.
We hope you enjoy this Elevated Wednesday night dinner. You can make it on another night than a Wednesday;)

In the still-hot pan add about one tablespoon of olive oil and potatoes, stirring for about 4 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and take out of the pan and place on the same plate as the resting steak.
In the same hot pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a BIG handful of fresh spinach. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, toss with tongs for 60 seconds and it is done. If you opted for the tiny tomatoes, add them to the pan 10 seconds before the spinach
