You have to try this Baked Roasted Poblano & Garlic Crab Mac and Cheese

We are absolutely obsessed with this meal. We are serious. You need to try this. Roasted Poblano and Garlic Crab Mac and Cheese. All of those words in one sentence? You bet. All of these ingredients mixed together make for one of the best meals that you could ever hope to have. We are not exaggerating when we tell you this.

We first made this meal a few months back when two of our close Le Sauce family friends let us know that they made something similar and we just had to try it too. You can find their recipes on social media in our tagged photos.

We promise this recipe actually doesn’t take long to make at all! It’s ready in just a few simple steps. This is better because then we, I mean you, get to enjoy it faster!

Mac and Cheese Dinner for 2

Roasted Poblano & Garlic Crab Baked Pasta

Serves 2(Double the recipe if you have 4 people! Or just very hungry people)


  • 4 oz uncooked pasta of choosing

  • 1 Package of Le Sauce & Co. Gourmet Roasted Poblano & Garlic Finishing Sauce

  • ½ pound of mexican blend/monterey jack cheese

  • 8 oz canned crab/claw meat


  • Preheat the oven 400

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water

  • In a bowl, put all of the ingredients together and add a tablespoon of butter

  • Stir it up until everything looks really well blended.

  • Put it all in a baking dish

  • Put the baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes

  • Take it out(with oven mitts of course)

  • Eat it and ENJOY!
