Grilled Steak Fillets with Demi-Glace and Red Potato Fries




-2 beef fillet steaks (6-8oz each)

-Kosher salt and black pepper

-1 pkg Le Sauce Classic Demi-Glace Gourmet Finishing Sauce

-1 lb red potatoes, quartered and sliced

-Olive oil

-1/4 tsp seasoned salt

-1/4 tsp garlic powder

-1/4 tsp smoked paprika

-1/4 tsp black pepper

-Fresh steamed green beans for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Toss sliced red potatoes with drizzle of olive oil, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

  3. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet.

  4. Roast for about 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.

  5. Preheat grill to 400-450 degrees.

  6. Season the fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.

  7. Place on preheated grill, about 7 minutes per side for an 8-ounce steak for medium.

    For best results use a meat thermometer for desired doneness. 

  8. Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  9. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the Le Sauce Demi-Glace for about 3 minutes, or until hot.

  10. Spoon over steaks.

  11. Serve with roasted potatoes and steamed green beans.
