Pulled Pork Taco with Mole De Puebla Sauce




  • 8 oz. pulled pork

  • 1 pkg Le Sauce Mole De Puebla gourmet finishing sauce

  • 6 small corn tortillas, warmed

  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Cotija cheese

  • Lime wedges for serving

  • Cilantro


  1. In a small sauce pan, warm the Le Sauce Mole De Puebla and pulled pork over med-low heat until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.

  2. Assemble tacos starting with warm corn tortillas topped with pulled pork.

  3. Sprinkle with cotija cheese, shredded lettuce, a couple sliced radishes, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, and finish with a few cilantro leaves.

  4. Enjoy!
