Seared Scallop Appetizer with White Wine Lemon Garlic Sauce




  • Scallops: 2-3 per person

  • Butter 4 tsp

  • Le Sauce & Co. White Wine Lemon Garlic finishing sauce

Prep Ingredients & Kitchen equipment:

  • Equipment:

    • One large skillet, preferably a cast iron.

    • Tongs

  • Rinse scallops and dry. Must be dry


  1. Warm White Wine Lemon Garlic finishing sauce in a small pan on low or microwave per directions

  2. Heat skillet on high until pan is hot

  3. Add butter to the pan.

  4. Add scallops and cook for 2 min on each side... Done!

  5. Plate, sauce and enjoy
