Scallops: 2-3 per person
Butter 4 tsp
Le Sauce & Co. White Wine Lemon Garlic finishing sauce
Prep Ingredients & Kitchen equipment:
One large skillet, preferably a cast iron.
Rinse scallops and dry. Must be dry
Warm White Wine Lemon Garlic finishing sauce in a small pan on low or microwave per directions
Heat skillet on high until pan is hot
Add butter to the pan.
Add scallops and cook for 2 min on each side... Done!
Plate, sauce and enjoy
